Applications for hardship or disability waivers must be submitted annually for review by the CLE Committee. Hardship or disability exemption, if granted, does not relieve the attorney from the obligation to complete 5.5 hours of approved self-study within the calendar year unless the exemption specifically waives the self-study requirement.
