STIPULATED ORDER OF SUSPENSION

Pursuant to Maine Bar Rule 25(c), the Stipulated Report of Findings and Order of Panel D of the Grievance Commission dated June 10, 2019, the Respondent’s Affidavit of Consent docketed June 10, 2019, and the parties’ Waiver of Petition for Review dated June 10, 2019, all of which are hereby adopted and incorporated by reference,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

  1. The court hereby accepts and adopts the stipulations of the parties calling for a sanction on consent in the form of a one-year license suspension.
  2. Joseph R. Sanchez’s license to practice law in the State of Maine shall be and is hereby suspended for one year, effective as of the date of this Order.
