Michael P. Kenney has petitioned for reinstatement to the Maine bar. Pursuant to M. Bar R. 4(j) and 29(f)(1), Bar Counsel has stipulated to Mr. Kenney's reinstatement, subject to the Court’s approval.
The Court has reviewed Mr. Kenney’s Petition for Reinstatement and determines that the petition is in order and may be granted without a hearing.
Therefore, it is ORDERED that, effective on the date of this Order, Michael P. Kenney, Bar #009139, is hereby reinstated to the Maine bar with all the rights and responsibilities hereto.
